Pork

Our pigs are raised locally, right here in Ontario. They are fed on what is best for them, namely, oats, barley and wheat – which makes them great for us! In large part, quality feed is responsible for the excellent international reputation of our Ontario prepared and side bacons. Air-chilled on harvesting, the quality and colour of our pork is maintained with minimal shrinkage.

We carry all parts, from pork shoulder for pulled-pork to hams and everything in between.
