As a brand, Canadian Beef is world renowned for its high quality and superb flavour. Since our chief concern is offering the best products possible, we only stock our beef from small Ontario farms and select farms across Canada. These farmers primarily grass-feed their beef and finish with barley, elevating both taste and texture. We hand select for size, colour and marbling and then bring it in-house for aging. Beef is 'dry air aged' on the hoof for at least 30 days which allows oxygen to stimulate the enzymes to breakdown the beef. This traditional method maximizes tenderness and perfects the natural flavour. From our wide selection we then cut to your liking.
